These Terms govern your use of the website at blacklotusaudits.com (the “Site”), operated by Blacklotus Audits. They do not govern any customer engagement, which is covered by a separately-signed Services Agreement.

The Site is an informational and marketing website. It is not the Blacklotus Audits product. No phishing simulation, security testing, or production service is delivered through this Site.

When using the Site you agree not to:

• Misuse the contact form (spam, automated submissions, abuse).
• Attempt to access non-public areas, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with operation.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or republish content without permission.
• Submit content you don't have the right to share, or that infringes others' rights.

All content on the Site — copy, logos, the Blacklotus Audits mark, code, and design — is owned by Blacklotus Audits and protected by copyright and trademark law. Your access does not transfer any rights to you. See LICENSE in the repository for source-code terms.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLACKLOTUS AUDITS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED USD 100.

Use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or policies.

We may update these Terms. We'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.
