blacklotusaudits.com (the “Site”), operated by Blacklotus Audits. They do not govern any customer engagement, which is covered by a separately-signed Services Agreement.2. What the Site is
The Site is an informational and marketing website. It is not the Blacklotus Audits product. No phishing simulation, security testing, or production service is delivered through this Site.
3. Acceptable use
When using the Site you agree not to:
- Misuse the contact form (spam, automated submissions, abuse).
- Attempt to access non-public areas, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with operation.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or republish content without permission.
- Submit content you don't have the right to share, or that infringes others' rights.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLACKLOTUS AUDITS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED USD 100.
